The problem

[Merchant name] is a small specialty coffee café with two staff and a regular roaster, dairy and bakery supplier list. The owner was putting business spend on a personal current account card with no rewards, and was occasionally late to suppliers when card receipts hadn't cleared.

What we did

  • Set them up with a Dojo Business Rewards credit card with a £[X]k credit line
  • Made sure the existing terminal was on Dojo so the rewards tie-up applied
  • Walked through which categories of spend earn most — wholesale, fuel, software
  • Showed them the cashback dashboard so the owner could see rewards landing each month

The result

The café now earns roughly £[X] back per year on spend it was already making. Suppliers get paid on time because the credit line covers the gap between paying out and card takings clearing. The owner has free additional cards for the head barista.
